Mission Statement
Our goal is to be the BEST distributor of plumbing products in our market areas. We want to purchase high quality products from our suppliers and provide these products to our customers so that all three groups make an above average return on investment.
We will treat every Parnell-Martin Associate who helps us achieve this goal as we would treat a member of our family. We will be good corporate citizens of each community in which we have a branch. We will actively support our industry. We will adequately reward our shareholders for investing in our company.

Customers: We want to build a long-term, close and mutually profitable relationship with every customer. We want to help every customer achieve the best return on investment possible. We want to become the top supplier to each of our customers.
Suppliers: We want to build a long-term, close and mutually profitable relationship with our key suppliers. We want to help our key suppliers achieve an adequate return on investment.
Associates: We desire to provide every Associate with the opportunity for a stimulating, satisfying and rewarding career. We will compensate fairly, provide above average fringe benefits, train for improved job performance, offer opportunity for advancement and create a sense of family for each Parnell-Martin Associate.
Shareholders: We will provide to our shareholders a return on investment that is consistently above the average return for our industry.
Communities: We will give back to the communities that we serve a part of what we have.
